As I emailed my response and went into the document to change it I realized
that carry-over from last year is not allowed
in OSGeo budget, so unless we have the surplus $2,311 in the bank from some
other source we cannot go to OSGeo
and ask for carry-over $2,311 and new $2500. I think Angelos go
I think Angelos misinterpreted what was in the GRASS wiki budget - it was a
little bit confusing, but we did not go into details
for each project so I did not get a chance to explain. I can fix it.
