Dear List,
I already managed to compile and install Grass 7 in Ubuntu 12.04, but
now I want to try it at work.
I'm trying to install Grass 7 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6, but I got
stuck during 'make', and I would like to ask your advice for solving

Hi
I did use the g.extension-manager through the wxGUI. And both, scripts and
bat-files are in the addon-folder (within my Windows user profile). The GUI
of the addons starts and I can fill in the parameters. But after ran the
command (clicked the Run button) I get the message mentioned.

maybe do you have an example with spearfish-/nc-sample-dataset to test?
I've seen there are R and some R-packages as dependencies; maybe a short
notice in the manual would be helpfull.
I purposely left the g.extension(.sh) installed in the Windows build as
theoretically fundamentally it should work if the user has a full
compiler
and build environment for grass set up. For those people, and in the hope
that someone might be able to make it work better someday, it remains.
Hello,
I'm working with SPOT satellite images, and I need to orthorectify
them. It's possible with Grass Gis? What's the procedure?
Thanks for your answers.

Hi Josep,
Yes, try i.ortho.photo. Here's the manual:

I don't think that this works for line scanner based satellite images
since it is made for aerial images.
We should implement some RPC based method in GRASS.

Now I have Grass 7 running on RHEL6 :)
Just in case this be useful for somebody else. The final part of the

Hi Josep.
Except GRASS you may also try GDAL, OSSIM, ORFEO Toolbox (OTB), wxGIS to
orthorectify the imagery.

The repository has evolved a lot, and GIPE is no longer a one block of add-ons
to install...
I will clean up this readme file soon.
Some addons have gone into grass7 as part of the main GRASS modules, some more
specialized are still in AddOns, but some have moved in version 7, still
