Sorry, Linux Mint 14 is based on ubuntu 12.10 (Quantal Quetzal). Looking at the package lists at https://launchpad.net/~ubuntugis/+archive/ubuntugis-testing, it appears that they don't have packages built for that version of ubuntu, which is why you are getting the not found errors. It looks like
