thank you for your great help! After having used the OSGeo4W installer,
it works fine, i.e. I can start GRASS without admin-rights.

In my first try, I did the standalone-installation with
WinGRASS-8.0.1-1-Setup.exe

Permission denied after start of GRASS

I did the installation with my user account (kresse). Right after the
