if you mean historical really historical - there's a database of
historical climate sources (www.hisklid.de). Because its records are
starting somewhen in the middle age there are no instrument data
available. Would be a nice project to georeference the spatial
terminology used to
I need to check the weather conditions for specific dates over an area
in Greece. Are there any rough data? Or, even better, anything
satellite-derived?
By rough I mean both the spatial and the temporal scale.

Ooops... I was too quick. Yes, there is a weather station in
Peloponnese: Methoni. It's in the southern tip of the peninsula. It's
better than nothing.
