[GRASS-user] Troubles to downlaod msvcr71.dll for grass install

Hi, I download the WinGRASS-7.0.1-1-Setup.exe setup to install the Grass on my Win7 64bit. It is correctly install, but when try to download the msvcr71.dll it was unable to download it. Because my pc is in a firewall protected network with a proxy. And seem that the install procedure don't recog
