I found this post:

mentioning python-dateutil, and that solved the problem.
I've added a line to the grass-wiki for compiling 7.0 on CentOS 6

Hi all:
Trying to compile grass-7.0 (this week's svn) on Scientific Linux 6,
64bit, I get errors regards t.*.tmp.html, such as:
[micha@SL6 t.connect]$ pwd
