Also have the gdal300.dll:

if possible,
Helmut,
Installed QGIS+GRASS but still don't open GRASS GIS. The GRASS module
inside QGIS is OK.
Following the selection of the grassdata directory, gives the message:
"
Starting GRASS GIS...

Dear Grass usrers,
I would like to ask if someone can clarify me the following question w.r.t.
DMSP nightlight data and specially VIIRS/DNB nighttime light data: I have
found in some sources in the internet, (i.e Google Earth Engine) saying the
pixels' spatial resolution for VIIRS/DNB nighttime

qgis-common.bat exit code error isn't a GRASS error; this should be reported
in QGIS and OSGeo4W.
OTOH, just tested it here locally on my 64bit OSGeo4W in a win 10 box,
OSGeo4W updating and working with it (GRASS version: 7.8.2 , GRASS version:
7.9.dev, QGIS version 3.10.2-A Coruña) is ok.
