Thanks for the link. I created a symlink to the file in question:
$ cd /usr/local/lib
$ ls -rlt
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root64
oops, I introduced this bug yesterday when I was updating 'toolbars'
module, now should be fixed.

I would do it with ogr2ogr. Find attached a small shell script doing that job.
