what are you aiming at? a volume (the the direction is right) or a
common 2D elevation map with height values as pixel values?

Maybe take a look at
https://grasswiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Contour_lines_to_DEM

which refers to contour lines but some of the methods explained there
are similar for point data.

it will have some different altitudes.I tried to use v.to.rast3 command and it
