To get the desired result, re-project at high resolution then
downsample with r.resamp.stats *afterwards*.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find such module/comand - r.resamp.stats in GRASS.
I only found r.resamp.rst, but it is making splines, and I have categorical
data. Am I missing something?
