Hi everyone,

we just released Graylog2 0.92.3 as our slightly early Christmas gift. This
is strictly a bugfix release and fixes some of the memory issues found with
Graylog2 0.92.0 and 0.92.1.

Thanks to everyone reporting their problems in #graylog2 on Freenode
<https://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=%23graylog2>, on this mailing list
<https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/graylog2>, and on GitHub
<https://github.com/Graylog2/graylog2-server/issues>!

The following bugs have been fixed since Graylog2 0.92.1:

   - [SERVER] Removed unnecessary instrumentation in certain places to
   reduce GC pressure caused by many short living objects (#800
   <https://github.com/Graylog2/graylog2-server/issues/800>)
   - [SERVER] Limit Netty worker thread pool to 16 threads by default (see
   rest_worker_threads_max_pool_size in graylog2.conf

<https://github.com/Graylog2/graylog2-server/blob/0.92.3/misc/graylog2.conf#L71-72>
   )
   - [WEB] Fixed upload of content packs when a URI path prefix (
   application.context ingraylog2-web-interface.conf) is being used (#1009
   <https://github.com/Graylog2/graylog2-web-interface/issues/1009>)
   - [WEB] Fixed display of metrics of type Counter (#795
   <https://github.com/Graylog2/graylog2-server/issues/795>)

and upgrade instructions from older Graylog2 releases.

Cheers,
Jochen (in the name of the complete Graylog2 team)
