Graylog2 currently doesn't support the format used by logstash-forwarder but feel free to open a feature request on GitHub at https://github.com/Graylog2/graylog2-server/issues/new. If you want to collect logs on that machine with a dedicated small agent, you can give logstash (with its GELF output <http://logstash.net/docs/1.4.2/outputs/gelf>) or nxlog <http://nxlog-ce.sourceforge.net/> a try. If you only want to forward the contents of a file, you may also use the imfile input module <http://www.rsyslog.com/doc/master/configuration/modules/imfile.html> of rsyslog.
