Earlier,Asgar ali engineer has noted this issue much seriously.state has been
the mute witness in communal relations and it is taking an anti-minority
position.The minority-majority construction is becoming the undercurrent of the
state's day to day fuctions.even the peaceful community is going to express
their feelings in a violent way.this is one the serious threat to indian
society.the day to day civil association of the people is leading into a
ghettoised mentality.
