Dear Gromacs users,
Is there a way to change the x y z axis as read by the software, in just the simple pdb/gro file? I want to transpose the z onto x as read by the computer.

Try the editconf -rotate flag:
editconf -f in.gro -o out.gro -rotate 0 90 0
Run editconf -h for more information.
