Dear All, The screen ouput HB lifetime usually shows very low lifetime. I've seen from GROMACS Forums that the SHB(t) or continuous lifetime isn't very significant and GROMACS doesn't calculate it very effectively. Any explanations as to why it comes so low? (below 1 ps mostly)
