Chuck has started the backport to stable/newton upstream. We won't be able to get the patch backported upstream to stable/mitaka at this point since they're only accepting critical/security fixes at this time. The patch appears to apply cleanly to stable/mitaka. ** Also affects: nova (Ubuntu
