When that variable is not present, the tests are skipped. We can run the tests against a fake local implementation of the servers. Then CI will execute the tests against the staging servers. If both tests pass we are ok. If one of them fail, then either the fake server is out of sync or there is a real error. [Impact] * No visible impact for users. * This change will prevent regressions on the functions that touch the store. [Test Case] * N/A [Regression Potential] * The tests could fail, which would block the proposed-migration. If the package got to proposed, this didn't happen.
