Howdy,

Could someone please apply the patch in bug #315437? Maybe it also
could be a good idea to bake an emergency release of glib asap?
Currently, compiling with glib in gcc 4.2.1 and above is broken for
all C99 programs:

$ gcc -o anything anything.c `pkg-config --cflags --libs glib-2.0` -std=c99
COMPILER ERROR!

It looks like Ubuntu 7.10 will contain gcc 4.2.1 and then hell breaks
loose with people everywhere not able to compile C99+glib packages
unless this is fixed.
