GtkCellRendererToggle does not fire the toggle event unless the row is

I had a similar problem (clicking on the text in GtkCellRendererText
causes the 'toggled' event to fire), and I circumvent the problem by
setting GtkCellRendererText to be activable cell using API -
g_object_set (pixbufRenderer, mode, GTK_CELL_RENDERER_MODE_ACTIVATABLE, 0);

object, which allowed me to complete a personal project. I now want to
do the same for PackageKit, and think perhaps the functionality should
