Darren,
I really think the least expensive way to do this is to buy a couple of the
Motorola Talk a Bouts and put the earbud/microphone on yours. Then tape the
mic part onto the inside of your helmet where your mouth is. There's a
button you push to activate the mic. Went on a bike trip with some

I bought a 4+ Clearview and I love it. The only thing I'm not as happy with

My deepest condolences to you and your family for your loss. Your comments

As a final follow up, I asked if they would honor the same price of $39.50
for the manual and Dave told me they would continue to do so for a short
period of time if you mention you're a part of the list and/or Joe's or my
name. Probably best to ask for Dave as he's the one that helped me. Also,

Ask and ye shall recieve. I asked for the lower price and they gave it to

Thanks for the heads up Joe!

Joe, just went to the Web site and looks like they upped the price to
$53.25. I wonder if after your purchase they jacked the price back up.

Although I've not had personal experience with the units, I met a couple on
a recent weekend outing who were using the Chatterbox units and said they
worked quite well. Didn't ask how long they've had them.
Hugh, thanks for asking. I don't need anything but if you're a Scotch lover
you must pick up a bottle of Aberlour "a'bunahd" which is one of the most
amazing single malt scotch's I've had the pleasure of having. It's somewhat
unique in that it's an "unfiltered" Scotch. I can't remember the name of
Ok guys, this one of those "doh" answers to my buzzing question. Did a
little oil change today. Hm, looked like the level was kinda low (won't
say just how low). Oil and filter change and a test ride...bingo! Vibration

It may be my imagination, but after doing a couple of hundred miles this
weekend I could have sworn I felt significantly more buzz/vibration than
usual. I checked for proper tire inflation as a first thought (they were
fine) but couldn't come up with any other clues. My fingers began to numb

By now I'd assume many of us who own the GTS have at least heard about the
new Honda X Wing, the purported successor to the Honda ST1100. Check out the
link, with particular focus on the front end of this bike. Gee, looks
vaguely familiar doesn't it? Now read the last paragraph of the review. Just
Dave, can you provide more info on the tank mod? Cost, availability and
installation?
Just got my new set of Macadams and had them mounted up locally. Went to an
aftermarket Harley shop and they mounted for $30 but couldn't balance the
rear tire. Went across the street to get the front balanced for $10 (thought
that was a rip-off) and proceeded to get the rear balanced a local Yama
Quick update! I spoke to someone at Heli and there are no spacers. Don't
quite know where the heck I got that information. She also said ground

much more from where you are.
Mike
Hey Kevin! Greetings from Seattle. Just curious if you've had experience
with the Macadams on the GTS? I'm ready to buy new tires have heard good
things about them and the price is reasonable. Should I be looking at the
Pirelli's instead? I probably won't be super aggressive on the twisties this

Kevin, how has the Pro-Lev'r worked for you? Curious about 3 things. First
do you have any kind of "stand" or holding device for the rim while you
remove and install? Or do you simply put the tire and rim on the ground or

I called the Honda dealer in Seattle a couple of days ago and they do
indeed have the bike mentioned on the bottom of the post below. Asking
price is about $7500 as I recall.
