is something that I am interested in helping out with. I'd like to

They could end up in the event box for re-use at later events, at least next
year GUADEC.
Nowadays you easily find cheap ones depending on what area we need to cover.

I am no longer convinced that these would be useful at regular events,
though they are useful for conferences.
