Hi The travel committee has sent out most sponsorship acceptances now, and some people have replied mentioning that they need to apply for visas, and would need invitation letters. There is a blank space for visa applications on the GUADEC wiki page: https://wiki.gnome.org/GUADEC/2014/Team

Hi Marina! Thank you and please let me know if i can help. I also have some experience with invitation letters. Note or my personal advice for visa applicants don't book tickets in advance because if they reject your visa then you would get some refund but often you would loose money for nothing.
