Hi all,
It seems that the Printed Program is not up to speed. We would need to finish
it ASAP.
Apparently Benham doesn't have enough time to work on it full time so, if he
agrees and others,
here is my proposition :

Hi,
I'd like to use BY-NC-SA - but it's really up to the authors - if they
prefer BY-SA, that's fine by me.
I don't like the idea of commercial conferences taking our work and
retouching it a little too much. BY-SA works OK if there's something
given back.
Cheers,

I suggested by-sa because it's close to the GPL principles. However, I'm
author of a tiny part of this document and I'm also happy with the
license Ludovic and Davyd (the two core authors as far as I know)

It is unlikely that many of the sponsored participants are on this mailing

Oh, I didn't receive such a mail, or I missed it somehow :(.

No branding needed IMHO.
GNOME hasn't got many non-digital marketing artifacts. Adding a white

More opinions? It takes more time to decide this than to make the order,
but we need to order them now.
GNOME logos good. Branding good.

The GUADEC Committe put 900€ on the printed program in order to stop

At least to me it is ok whatever combination you decide, as far as we

Hi there.
Today I registered for the GUADEC. I think the registration was
successful but when I chose any payment option I got this message:
Error saving form data. Duplicate entry '498' for key 2

already registered.
Hi,
Looks like you selected debit/credit card but then you went back and...
Your registration has been reset and now you can start from scratch.

If we get only the shirts, I think it will around 9€ (if possible). I

Hello all,
How we can publish this? Lists can be a good way... And please, correct

This is a good opportunity for those who had something else to explain/show.
Instead of giving a talk if you prefer create a poster, an A4 or A3 or
something printed, and stick it
