The way I'm thinking about it, the "customer" would be existing taxi
companies that already have a pool of drivers and a customer base. They
know they need to modernize to compete, so if there was a turn-key
whitelabel app or some kind of general service modeled like gitlab-ish,
those companies

I'm pretty sure I saw Trebor Scholz give a talk that mentioned some open
source code that taxi coops were using. Maybe on one of
the digital labor/platform cooperativism streams.. I'll see if I can find
it.
