Hello Guix!
It’s time to plan for the next release! Here’s what we maintainers
think should be done for the next release, which would hopefully happen
within less than a month:
1. ‘core-updates’ merged. We’re almost there!
2. ‘wip-installer’ retested, and probably merged.

* gnu/services/dict.scm (): Add handlers to configure
handlers (module instances).
(): Add new record type to describe handler (module instance).
(): Add more fields.
(dicod-configuration-file): Support convert handlers and enhanced databases
configuration to config file.

Perhaps this is not a “finding”, but just a positive anecdote: I
reconfigured on core-updates and it's working fine

I've managed to finalize a profile hooks which takes care of generating
the manpages database file. This file is used by apropos or man -k to
provide results.
Thanks to Ludovic for providing me with a patch I could start from, this
greetly speeded things up!
I've tested and found it
