coin and Pivy:

When building mpfr the build fails using the message above. I guess I
have to specify the include paths for glibc to the configure script,
since headers won't be found in /usr/include

Thanks for the heads up. Note that I've also failed to build it locally
multiple times, while it has worked some other times.
I did not investigate further, sorry.
