I got the docs to build by running "make docs", but when I installed
them I got a nicely decorated empty webpage, so I took out the custom
make-docs and install-docs phases, and removed doxygen as a
native-input.  python-2 is used for the tests, but since lci is written
in C it shouldn't need python at runtime.

Hm.. tests folder requires it, and also the setup. untime has to be
checked.. native-input then?

This is really strange. I know I compiled this before and all the tests
ran, now it's just dead with readline errors when I try to compile after
my last garbage collect. I wanted to run 99 bottles of beer in lolcode.
Well, I'll fix this one day.

[PATCH] gnu: Add lci.

services I'm writing. So here's a lolcode interpreter, lci.
