I read again your previous mails and I saw that you have defined a new
EPSG 4146, I think you put this EPSG at windows preferences as the
default one. The error is produced when the view projection it's
established, seems that your projection (4146) don't be created or

Hello Jagadeesh:
Your previous mail hadn't enough information about what's the problem,
the log file. Probably something was wrong on the update process to the
1.1.2, or the previous gvSIG was inconsistent. Do you have the gvSIG 1.1
before the update, if it was your case you had have to do 2 up
