Without a positive result. If the problem is not in the script, it may
interfere with something in the Windows settings or something with the drivers,
application conflicts?

To dismiss a problem with the plugin, you can open
'/gvSIG/plugins/org.gvsig.scripting.app.mainplugin/2.4.0/scripts/addons'
folder of your user folder (that is in C:\Users), and delete "CSVWizard"
folder.
Then you can download the package directly from here:
