First time I heard of them but their 2521 Edwardian gown looks just like a
Big 3 costume pattern that showed up after the Titanic movie became a hit. I
have the pattern somewhere.
After looking more at the site, you seem to be right about the Hollywood
inspired. The Masquerade Ball Gown looks like
trying to dodge,
but what recourse does one have, really, if one sends money off into a void and
doesn't get anything back?

They've been around for awhile. I haven't bought from them, but my
impression is that they are not shooting for reenactor quality
reproductions or anything like that--more like sturdy Halloween or
live-action rolyplaying costume.
