But real clothes are used all the time in films & TV...used and abused.  I 
mean we put the petit Jasmine Guy in a real 1830s gown in the  miniseries 
"Queen". I'll bet they did drown many a teens gown! You remember  the story of 
all 
those real 20s dresses going in the pool in "The Great Gatsby"  don't you?
