My local Borders has the 2 volume set and also a smaller, less inclusive(just highlights)for those that don't want to spring for the original one volume, or new 2 volume, as part of the Fashion Icons series of books for about $16. The Icons book would make a nice gift to introduce someone to great pics of original costumes. The Japanese have a real reverence for fashion history.
