Whenever I have seen it priced that high, it is because the seller is not 
legitimate. They troll for other places selling the book, then offer it for 
sale 
at a zillion percent mark up. If you buy it, they will then buy it from the 
other seller. But usually it is gone. The one that was doing it before was 
hacienda books (I am pretty sure that was the name located in Florida as I 
recall), but I think they got closed down. This could be their reincarnation.

I actually saw one for $5K -- but that was about 6 years ago.  Most of 
them in the last 3 or 4 years have been much more reasonably priced.
