Actually, the first shirt of B 4486 (the collarless one)is really close to a late 1500's shirt/chemise. Just remove the gathers at the top of the sleeves and add a straight collar (rectangular piece of cloth.) You may want to remove some of the fullness at the cuffs also, it's hard to tell from
