this is the kind of item that I send to Penny for the costume library. Fashion items that I do not have house-room for, nor plan to use for a printing project of my own will at least be saved..even if they might be out 'there' already. Try calling the Cleveland Observer and/or the Cleveland Public Library, explain the reason for your interest, and ask. Should I attempt to tape the pieces back together? Probably only if you want to preserve the fashion information on the page for yourself.
