Yes, to some degree. There is an HA Guest LDom agent. Check the manual
for its capabilities, but I think they align with your requirements.

Is it possible to configure Sun Cluster3.2 with Ldoms1.2 so that the ldom1
fails over to other host. I want the configuration in such a way that whenver
the host system has any failure either in service or I/O domain the guest
should failover to the other node. I can use either T5220 or T5240.
