There is no need in a special van, I can sit in a manual
wheel chair, but I will need to be driven around.
I can also imagine the building is accessible.

Taub building is accessible, toilets in Taub are too.
There may be some hassle entering some of the labs (opening 1 door pane
won't suffice)

The building is accessible in the sense that every floor can be
accessed with the elevator, and all entrances are connected to an
elevator.
If you have more specific questions about the accessibility, please
let me know, and I'll check.
