For my lecture (olpc), I talked with the Kabat and got an exceptional entry permissions for that evening. However, a permanent permission for the audience of Haifux requires a long process. That's one way indeed. A second is to get a VIP card, paying 50 NIS per year, which is the way I get into the Technion.
