Although it can be seen as a good thing, is there anyone who can explain
what are the change undergoing at some of the ISP, especially FPT.
I'm dealing with 3 ISP FPT, viettel and VDC
Some seem to provide much faster access, some slower DNS resolution,
various latencies, with VDC at

One more thing, FPT is the most user friendly ISP, content-filtering
wise. AFAIK, their firewall consist of only DNS request filtering. My
habit is that never use DNS server provided by the ISPs.
Why? Are they bad?
DNS servers are easy to die :D.

which in fact do.

If it was true,
0. poisoning DNS cache is faster than
1. Block domains/IPs from some router.
2. Block domains/IPs with the main proxy
Any suggestion ? Who's interested ?
