Here is what I did:
1. mv kubuntu-7.10-rc-alternate-i386.iso kubuntu-7.10-alternate-i386.iso
2. rsync -Lvv --progress

which makes me wonder how rsync actually works. Does it download the delta of
the new file and the local file only or it just download the whole new file
if the two are differrent. I doubt that it can download the delta because
then it has to upload the local file
