Since you know the public IP address, you might be able to get connected on the application and see if you get a 401 or a web form... From my understanding you simply need stickyness, or worst case, a deterministic algorithm. Try enabling cookie based persistence first, if it doesn't work because

Sorry I dont have control over the balanced servers. The only information I have are IP, Port, and credentials (User and Pass of each server). I have to do load balancing among them. Nowadays all loads are going to only one server, which is generating overhead. We already use HAProxy to balance
