Hello all,
I'm not sure if anything further happened with this, but after upgrading
from 2.6 to 2.8.1, custom pages are now broken by default over HTTP/2.
Has HTTP/2 support been enabled by default? If so how would one turn it
off so we don't have to downgrade back to v2.6?
