spec file refers to deleted cfg

The examples/haproxy.spec refers to %{name}.cfg (i.e. haproxy.cfg) which was deleted on 13 Oct. Neale

Fix for s390x

Hi, I would like to contribute the following fix to enable the Linux s390x platform. The fix was built against today¹s git master. I¹ve attached the patch for review. Depending on your buildbot/jenkins/Š requirements I can set up a virtual machine for automated building/testing of the package in t
