After having a look in iptables, I am able to solve this issue.
added following line in iptables
iptables -t mangle -A OUTPUT -s 192.168.20.10 -p tcp -j DIVERT

For the packet coming from network, I set the iptables as following
iptables -t mangle -N DIVERT
iptables -t mangle -A PREROUTING -p tcp -m socket -j DIVERT
iptables -t mangle -A DIVERT -j MARK --set-mark 1
iptables -t mangle -A DIVERT -j ACCEPT
