Yes, now it compiles fine and even the demo works when I use msvc64.
(I have to turn off warnings to make demowvg.prg compile, these should
better be fixed)
Some icons don't appear on the toolbar, only a white box
is visible (Calendar, Index, Hide).
With msvc64, I'm getting this
