AFGHANISTAN? 6100 Information Radio? - Maybe,
but note that R Nepal (parallel 5005) has been here
until 1715 (earlier closed down at 1545). Also

My Spectrum Lab trace from last night runs from a touch after 1600
UTC until 0700 UTC this morning.

The AOR 7030+ was tuned to 1565 kHz in USB mode, and audio analysis
done of the
1220XEBMEXICO, Mexico D.F., a real surprise today when I got
home from work to find a Federal Express pack from XEB! I sent my
taped report out registered which cost me $9. Received a very nice
