Last night I had another unidentified Chinese station on 3900 KHz at around
00.15 UTC. There were reports, probably in Chinese. Signal was only weak.
Formerly there was listed Hulun Buir on that frequency. Any ideas?

Very weak signal but caught the time given in Spanish ..5.47 minutos
and heard the word Lima mentioned. I have two possible choices on
