just checked 1458 kHz for the albanian Relay of CRI, before the 18.00 UTC
italian prgramme I could hear CRI in an unid language (?). What was really
interesting: the italian PRG was mixed with the german FM ("UKW") (!!)

Yes there are great distances to cover but polar (auroral) absorption has got to be
a real problem up there. My guess would be they'd be more likely to go with a low
power FM repeater in each community.

shifted one of the four frequencies (the Mumbai TX) from 7220 to 7195
