I have slowed down the recording a little. Is there anything in there to
aid an ID?
In Scandinavia, the most common Brazilian logging on 1540 appears to be
ZYJ611 Radio Baixa Verde from the town of Joao Camara.

given as
Rua Padre Joao Madeira 55.
A google search revealed this drugstore, with matching address and telephone
number, to
be located in the city of Joao Camara, state of Rio Grande do
